I adapt the exercise to your ability, providing a sustainable exercise plan based on a strong respect and understanding of the variation in human movement.

Using in-depth physical assessments and evaluations, I create comprehensive exercise programs tailored to each client’s individual needs. In addition to being scientifically based, I believe a fitness program should be fun and appropriately challenging. I design your fitness program to reflect your personality and learning style. We work together to set realistic, measurable goals and build a results-focused program that fits your needs.
