Hi, I'm Susie! I've been passionate about movement education for the past thirteen years.

I have over fifteen thousand hours of experience and am dedicated to continuing to research and learn in order to stay on top of a rapidly changing industry. I bring humor, enthusiasm, and professionalism to each training session. I know my craft and I am passionate about developing that expertise for you. It is a great privilege to be invited along for your fitness journey and I look forward to helping guide the next chapter of your life.

In my free time, I enjoy rock climbing, weight lifting, and hiking. I value self-awareness and growth and love learning about communication, psychology and meditation. I also love making fun of bad movies, gorging at breakfast buffets, and playing with my ball-obsessed Jack Russell Terrier, Jake.

When I decided to start training, I knew it was going to be a major commitment to get myself back into shape and pain free, after years of doing very little. And I was extremely nervous about yet again working with a trainer who’d want to “break me” in right away. Over the course of a year I saw the impossible come true.
